1. My sense of smell has become very acute, especially with regards to dust.
2. I used to suffer from "restless leg syndrome" at night, and that has completely disappeared. (Yeah!!)
3. My libido has increased by 200%.
4. I sleep better and I am more rested when I wake up - manage to sleep LESS and feel MORE rested.
5. I am less "irritated" by people and events AND IN ADDITION...
6. ...when I express my irritation in the way I use to, I actually feel bad afterwards. (Before I didn't bother me as much)
7. I seem to have increased empathy and understanding for another person's point of view.
8. I am not as moody as I use to be - fewer (if ever) mood-swings.
9. I am more patient.
10. I am definitely "happier", or perhaps a better term is CONTENT.
Brain Training is something EVERYBODY would benefit from - even people who are "ok & healthy". There are so many, many events and experiences that can potentially mess up our thought-systems, hence everybody is - in a way - affected by just living a normal life - never mind a dysfunctional or traumatic one. – D
