My first brain map was really an eye opener for me. There, in black and white (and some colour), for all to see – was the reason I could not sleep at night, and the reason why I battled to focus at meetings at work during the day i.e. brain reversal! The cause or source of brain reversal can be many things I was told, but one of them I had definitely had – glandular fever. This caused my brain to actually want to shut down and go to sleep during the day, and the minute I wanted to sleep, it would “wake up and start its day” – driving me to distraction. (After the Neurobalance sessions) The first thing I noticed was that I regained the ability to focus during the day – for prolonged periods at a time in meetings. Secondly I noticed that my sleep patterns were returning to normal – very slowly at first, and then all of a sudden back to normal. Finally I noticed an all-round loss of the discomfort that had always been present with me, physically, for no apparent reason. I started to feel more relaxed and physically more supple and fitter – even though I was not doing any physical exercise during this time. I think that the Neuro-balance technique fits a very real need in healing today, because it allows you to take part in your own healing through the process of protocols you work with.
